Ticket terms

Tickets are sold per seat, per session, and are paid in full at booking through Stripe.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can move to another session or pass your seat to a friend. Email us at least 48 hours before class.

If we cancel a session — puppies get sick days too — you get a full refund or a free transfer, your pick.

Arrive on time. Doors close a few minutes after the start for the puppies' calm; a missed session without notice counts as attended.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST handling is stated at checkout.
