Gentle, not-heated flow while Schnauzer puppies wander over your mat, your legs and occasionally your face. First time on a mat? Perfect. Nobody here is watching your form.

What actually happens in class
Arrive and meet the pups
Come a little early. The puppies are already out when doors open, and the first few minutes are pure meet-and-greet.
An easy 60-minute flow
Slow stretches and simple poses in a normal-temperature room. If a puppy falls asleep on your mat, you work around the puppy. House rule.
Cuddles and photos
The last stretch is set aside for holding puppies and taking pictures. Take your time with it.

Pick your session
Three sessions, one Saturday. Every class is kept small on purpose, so seats are limited.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay both work.
Our puppies
Where the puppies come from
Every puppy in the room comes from a licensed local breeder we work with directly. They arrive in small groups, play for short stretches, and nap whenever they want to. There is water, a quiet corner away from the mats, and a handler in the room whose only job is watching the dogs. When a puppy would rather sleep than socialize, the puppy sleeps.

Whatever you'd wear to any yoga class. Comfortable, stretchy, and nothing you'd cry about if a puppy left a paw print on it.
